Dan Richardson - Seattle Real Estate Broker

I’ve lived in the greater Seattle area and Eastside for the past 20 years and enjoy helping people accomplish their goals in life – helping with their real estate needs is something I particularly enjoy.

I graduated from Stanwood High School in 1990 and Washington State University in 1994. I got my Real Estate Broker’s license in 2010 and have been helping people buy and sell homes since then. I’ve helped people get great deals on homes to live in and also for investment purposes. I’m experienced in short sales and foreclosures in addition to routine home sales.

My goal is to find out what my clients need and want and then do all I can to fulfill those needs and wants. It is my belief that the better I service them, the more likely I am to earn their trust in referring me to their family and friends when they have real estate needs. I know there a lot of places a person can turn for real estate needs, so I try to set myself apart by making myself available to my clients on evenings and weekends and by responding promptly to their communications.
